I am a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of experience helping businesses and individuals with their tax and accounting needs. In 2011, I merged with Marcus W. Dillon CPA, PC to better service my existing clients and have the ability to grow our combined client base. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston CPA Society.
I enjoy helping clients solve complex tax and accounting issues and presenting them with value added consulting advice that I have gained over my many years of experience. While away from the office, you can find me spending time with my wife, Joyce, and enjoying our lake house. Marcus W. Dillon, CPA
I am a Certified Public Accountant in our Katy/West Houston and Bellville offices. I began my public accounting career with Ernst & Young, LLP before moving on to a management position with John T. Jones & Company, PLLC. In 2011, I left to merge with Robert U. St. Jean CPA, PC to create this full service accounting firm with my clients and their needs in mind. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston CPA Society and the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.
I enjoy helping businesses and individuals solve tax and accounting issues while trying to increase the benefits they receive from our firm. I believe our firm succeeds by servicing our clients with larger firm experience while being small enough to care about building long-term relationships. I believe we do a great job listening to individuals and helping them navigate financial situations in both business and personal life.
While away from the office, you can find me spending time with my wife, Rachel, and our daughters, Kynley and Avery. We enjoy playing sports, watching movies, and serving others in our community. We are active in our church and love to participate in local and foreign mission opportunities. These opportunities cause us to humble ourselves and remember that all people matter.

Felichia Laws, CPA
I am a Certified Public Accountant in our Katy/West Houston office. I began my public accounting career with Ernst & Young, LLP before moving on to management positions with John T. Jones & Company, PLLC and Texas Sterling Construction Co. In 2011, I joined St. Jean, Dillon & Associates, PLLC in order to serve the firm's clients with my broad range of accounting and attestation experience. My public accounting and industry experience will help each of our clients no matter what size company they currently are. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston CPA Society.
While away from the office, you can find me spending time with my husband, Charles, and our daughter, Brianna. We enjoy spending time with family and friends here in Houston or on our family farm in Madisonville.

Matt Lewis, CPA
I am a Certified Public Accountant in our Bellville office. I began my public accounting career with KPMG before moving on to a career with Academy Sport & Outdoors. In 2008, I founded Matt Lewis CPA, PC and in November 2011 I merged my firm with St. Jean, Dillon & Associates, PLLC to better serve my clients. I am currently employed with Valmont Industries, Inc. as the Bellville Site Controller. As a consultant with St. Jean, Dillon & Associates, I provide accounting and tax solutions to our clients. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Bellville Chamber of Commerce and the Bellville Lions Club.
While away from the office, you can find me spending time with my wife, Jana, and our children, David and Emily. We enjoy playing sports and working around our family farm. We are active in our church and love to participate in community events.

I am the office manager for St. Jean, Dillon & Associates, PLLC. I have worked closely with Robert U. St. Jean over the past 20 years and I help keep our firm running smoothly on a daily basis. As the office manager for St. Jean, Dillon & Associates, I provide back office support for our firm's employees and help with accounting solutions for our clients.
